Comes From
The information we collect includes:

Mobile network information: This shall include mobile carrier name and phone number, device type and settings, phone type or geo-location based on IP address, browser type and settings, application version number, operating system, and unique identifiers. Information about the interaction of your apps, browsers, and devices with our services, including IP address, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your request.

Note that we may collect data about such content, which may include: the metadata (the time and date the content is uploaded), how you use the uploaded content, who views the uploaded content, who views the content, and with whom the content is shared.

If you’re posting content on LP, don’t post if it has any of the items below:
Nudity and sexual content: In most cases, violent, graphic, or humiliating fetishes are not allowed on LookPrior.
Videos containing fetish content will be removed or age-restricted.
Sexually explicit content featuring minors and content that sexually exploits minors is not allowed on LookPrior.

Location Data: We collect information about your location through a GPS service, Wi-Fi, Wireless Network Triangulation, or other methods to determine your location to serve you better. We may use your IP address to approximate your location. In some cases, we assign the latitude and longitude of the center, the city, or the state on the record for you to your profile as a way of improving our analytics and matches for you.
Data From Social Networks Interaction: Whenever you interact with LookPrior via social media networks, such as when you “like”, “follow” us, “share” our post, on social media platforms, we may receive some information about you. However, note that under such circumstances, we will only receive the information you permit the social media platform to share with us. In addition, the data received under such circumstances also depends upon the privacy settings of the social network.
In that regard, you may want to review and, if necessary, adjust the privacy settings on all third-party websites and social media networks before linking or connecting them to our services or platform.
Information from third parties: We may receive information relating to you or your conduct on other third-party services. For instance, we could collect your email address if another user tries to refer us to you through an affiliate link, or other means. The information we may receive from a third-party service could include your contact details, demographic information, fraud prevention information, or credit reference. Note that financial institutions, as well as payment processors, may provide us with updated payment information methods relating to your paid subscriptions, or paid account.
Contact List: LookPrior may allow you to import your contact list from a mobile device. Alternatively, you may enter the email addresses manually. Uploading the contact list or the email addresses enables you to:

LookPrior shall store the contacts to alert you when your contacts join the services or other products or the services offered by us at a later time. By alerting you when your contacts join the service, you will have the ability to connect with them on our platform and to suggest friends and connections to other members of the services or other products or the services offered by us.
Information collected from postings and chat messages: What you write on the chat message to another user is stored in our systems as a chat message. Such information could include your name, your address, the name of a meet-up location, and all other information you voluntarily share with another user within the LookPrior community.
Note that LookPrior shall not extract user chat messages for information or pull any such information (such as a meet-up location) and store it separately. For instance, if you chat with another user about your address, relationship status, or health history, we do not store such data or use it for any purpose, except that we store your chat history as described in this policy.
Why Do We Collect and Store User Information?
We store certain data as needed for our business purposes and/or as is required by law, which we make good faith efforts to store securely but can make no guarantees. You may access and update certain data about you via your account login.

LookPrior endeavors to create and maintain a trusted and safer environment where users can attain their objectives and thrive. In that regard, we rely on user information to help us detect abuse, track and address any cases of ongoing or alleged misbehavior on and off our systems. We use the data to perform a system analysis to detect and prevent fraud, analyzing and designing countermeasures against any cases of fraud or misconduct.
To Help You Connect With Other Users
User data plays a critical role when it comes to suggesting or recommending meaningful connections. This is because we will show other users your profile, and they will rely on the information available to understand your needs and provide you with better services.
To Conduct Investigations and to respond to requests from law enforcement
LP shall avail data to law enforcement agencies whenever they want to conduct a probe or check compliance.
Besides, LookPrior relies on profile data when conducting investigations and responding to disputes between platform users.
We shall rely on user data to provide dispute resolution and address similar customer support services.
When, Why, and How You / We May Share Your Information
LookPrior® seeks to help you establish meaningful connections. Therefore, you will often find yourself sharing information about yourself with other companies and individual users. While we make every effort to protect your data, our services allow you to share information about yourself with other individuals and companies, including other users and potential users of the services or other products offered by us, and third-party social networking sites.
When You Share Your Information
Our service lets you share information with other users or companies. Ideally, when
you share a video or an ad, you have control over how you share. For instance, you can share videos
publicly, or you can decide to keep them private. Remember that when you share publicly, your content
becomes accessible via the search bar and to anyone visiting the platform. Be careful with the information
you share and ensure you only share stuff you are comfortable leaving in the public domain.
How We Share Your Information
LP may also share your information, which includes some personal data with third

Service providers contracted to work on behalf of LookPrior
At certain times, we may contract service providers to provide our services to you. This may include infrastructure partners, customer support agents, advertisers, and marketing outreach services, payment processors, cybersecurity partners, and anti-fraud analytics companies. Note that we always adhere to a strict vetting process before contracting service providers or working with partners. Ideally, all our contractors must agree to abide by our confidentiality obligations.
With Other Users
When you disclose information on a service or a product posted on our marketplace, you share your information (which includes your public profile) with other system users. Be careful with the information you share and ensure you only share stuff you are comfortable leaving in the public domain.
With our current and future Affiliated Companies
LP may share your information with other LP-affiliated companies and subsidiaries. Sharing your information with subsidiaries and affiliated companies will benefit you in two aspects. Other affiliated companies and subsidiaries will assist in processing your information upon your request or on behalf of our company, but with prior authorization from us.
In case of Corporate Transactions
We may transfer your information if we are involved in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, bankruptcy, or sale/transfer of assets; in aggregate/summary form, where it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

LookPrior service offers social sharing features and other integrated social media tools such as the Facebook Like button and Tweet feature available to Twitter users.
Typically, the social sharing features allow you to share the actions you take on our platform with your social media networks, to reach a wider audience. The use of such features depends on your preferred settings, as established on the LP account, and the privacy settings on the entity providing such social sharing tools.
Note that the use of such features could result in sharing your LP information. For more details about the purpose, the scope of data collection and processing in connection with the social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities providing those features.
Retaining Your Information
LookPrior retains your personal information only for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by the applicable law. Note that:

You may delete some data whenever you like, such as the videos, audio, images, ads, or other forms of content you have created or uploaded.

Users will have the privilege to delete activity information saved in your account.

Some forms of data will be deleted or anonymized automatically after certain periods, such as advertising data saved in server logs.

We may keep your data until you delete your LookPrior account, such as information about how often you use our services.

Whenever you delete data, we follow a deletion process to ensure the data is safe and completely removed from our servers, or retained only in anonymized form. In addition, we try to ensure that our services protect information from malicious or accidental deletion. In that regard, there could be delays between when you delete something and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.
Data / Information Transfers
Sharing of information as laid out in this privacy policy sometimes involves cross-border data transfers. Since our services are available in various parts of the world, your information may be processed in servers located outside of your home country. In addition, take note of the fact that data protection policies vary among jurisdictions, with some providing more protection compared to others.
Regardless of where your information is processed, LookPrior maintains the same protections described in this privacy policy. Besides, LP also complies with certain legal frameworks relating to data transfer.
Your Rights
LookPrior remains committed to making sure you are in control of your information. In that regard, we have provided you with the following tools:
Data Access/Update Tools in the Service: Various tools and account settings are available to help you to access, rectify, or to delete personal information you have provided to us, and the information associated with your LP account directly. In case you need assistance to use these tools effectively, contact our customer service.
Device Permissions: Mobile platforms feature permission systems for specific device types and notifications such as access to contacts, location services, camera, and push notifications. You can amend the device settings to either consent or deny access to the corresponding feature or information. Of course, your actions will impact certain LP services, and in some cases, you could lose full functionality.
Account Deletion: You can delete your LP account by following the corresponding functionality directly on the service.
Choose the kind and nature of ads or opt out of having your web browsing information used for targeted advertising.
Advertising and Analytics Services Provided By Others
LookPrior may allow others to serve advertisements on our behalf across the internet, and to provide analytics services. As a result, the entities may rely on cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the LookPrior® services and other websites, as well as the online services. Other information that such entities may collect includes your IP address, web browser, browsing history, time spent on pages, and conversation information.

California’s Shine the Light law permits residents of California to request notice of how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes or to opt out of such sharing.

LookPrior does not tolerate sexually explicit content featuring minors. In addition, content that sexually exploits minors is not allowed on LookPrior.

International Users
