- Editing email address
Tap on your profile icon on the footer -> Click the ‘pencil’ button -> Update the email address -> Tap ‘Yes’ -> Click ‘Save’
Important!
You cannot log into your account until we verify your email address. So, change your email to the correct address only.
- How to change my password?
You can always change your existing password if you are logged into your LookPrior account. Here’s the path to do so:
Tap on your profile on the footer menu -> Tap on the top-right 3 dots -> Select Change Password -> Give a new password -> Confirm
- How to update my profile picture?
Follow the below path to update your profile picture:
Tap on your profile icon on the footer -> Click the ‘pencil’ button -> Update your profile picture -> Tap ‘Yes’ -> Click ‘Save’
- How to create a LookPrior username?
We don’t have an username creation option. We recommend that you use your real name. You can use your first or last name or both. We strive to create an honest and trustworthy community.
- How to change your profile name?
Tap on your profile icon on the footer -> Click the ‘pencil’ button -> Enter First or Last Name or Both.
- Completing my profile
A complete profile makes you more trustworthy among other LookPrior users. You can follow the below path to complete your profile.
Tap on your profile icon on the footer -> Click the ‘pencil’ button -> Update information -> Click ‘Save’ -> Tap ‘Yes’
- Account restriction
We might have restricted your account if you have violated our T&C, and broken our community guidelines. However, you can communicate with ongoing deal partners. Also, you can relist unsold items on LookPrior during the restricted tenure.
We will inform you with everything regarding account restriction and unrestriction via your email address.
